Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please contact us first via email at shop@homix-shop.com.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • When returning items, customers should use a shipping method that includes tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

General Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at shop@homix-shop.com with photos and/or videos of the product along with your order number. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
  2. Returning the Item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. (Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and proceed with a replacement (for exchanges) or issue a refund.

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect), we will refund the full amount, including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee applies for returned products.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card provider. Processing times may vary.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at shop@homix-shop.com.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order if you contact us immediately after purchase.
  • If the payment has been completed and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
