Bestellbest\u00e4tigung oder Rechnung) ist erforderlich.\n\n    Artikel, die als Endverkauf oder vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen gekennzeichnet sind, k\u00f6nnen nicht zur\u00fcckgegeben oder umgetauscht werden.\n\n    Die R\u00fccksendekosten tr\u00e4gt der Kunde, es sei denn, der Artikel war besch\u00e4digt oder falsch geliefert.\n\nBitte kontaktieren Sie uns unter shop@homix-shop.com, bevor Sie den Artikel zur\u00fccksenden.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns must be made within <strong>30 days of receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returning the Item<\/strong>: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. (<strong>Note:<\/strong> Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted).
