Processing Time for Orders

Processing time refers to the period between when a customer places an order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. We take necessary steps to minimize shipping delays.

Shipping Location

  • We currently only deliver within Germany.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not available.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipment Tracking

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
  • A tracking number will be provided and activated within 24 hours (may take longer during holidays or special events).
  • Tracking updates may take 48 to 72 hours to reflect on the system.
  • If you experience difficulties tracking your order, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at shop@homix-shop.com. We will immediately contact the courier service to investigate and provide you with an update.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your purchase.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Customs Duties

  • In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the German government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over customs authorities or their regulations.

  • VAT and GST are already included in the product price.
